Good gym and pool facilities, and helpful staff.
The room decor was old and lacked cleanliness. The location was a bit isolated, making getting around the city difficult.

Our stay at Plaza International Hotel Zhejiang was fantastic. Despite our initial concerns, we were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness inside the hotel, even though it is located alongside a busy highway. The amenities were great, with beautiful shops in the lobby and a fantastic restaurant offering a wide selection of food. The service was friendly and helpful, and the staff made sure to fulfill our requests. There was even a piano bar for some entertainment in the evenings.

What we liked best was in the hotel - luxury, comfort, service etc.
What we liked least was outside the hotel - location

The room was relatively clean
The bed was typical Asian - you slept oin a boxspring, not a matress. Which would be expected except the web site said 'plush' bed. Also, the staff was very unhelpful in getting a taxi. The concierge kept saying 'very difficult. It is raining. May be a long long time'. That is not helpful.

Excellent staff, lovely pool upstairs, more English speakers than I've found in other Chinese hotels. Excellent breakfast. Extremely helpful porters. Highly recommended.
I've stayed in many hotels all round the world and I can honestly say, I could not fault this one in anyway. Stay here!

Clean room, value for the money
The hotel was under construction. There's no airport bus from the hotel, however 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel can get to bus stop for the airport, price RMB20 to the airport. Not so closer to the lake than I thought....

I loved the hotel's location as it was within walking distance to the central business district and shopping belt, which made it easy for me to catch a taxi or walk to the shopping districts. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and even helped me book a taxi. The facilities were especially great, with ample parking and a fantastic breakfast that was delicious and satisfying.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Pay attention to the use of the hotel car ! They ask exagerated prices ! Not sure whether the girl behind the desk was honest or if she set up her own business with the hotel car.

Luxurious amenities and attentive service From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt like royalty. the exclusive amenities and attentive service really made my stay feel special. the spa center, sauna, and swimming pool were all top-notch and provided a perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. the room itself was spacious and had all the exclusive advantages I could want, from the comfortable bedding to the private facilities. Dining options were plentiful, with a range of cuisines available in the restaurant, and the bar/lounge area was great for a nightcap.
Though there were plenty of options available, the food quality could have been better and I found the selection to be somewhat repetitive after a few days.
